We will confirm receipt of your complaint in writing as soon as possible after receiving it.
The processing time depends on the facts of the case; if a prompt response is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons for this and when the review is expected to be completed.

Ecclesia Holding GmbH endeavors to settle any differences of opinion arising from the contractual relationship in an amicable manner. It is prepared to participate in out-of-court arbitration proceedings before the arbitration boards of the

of the Ombudsman Private Health and Long-Term Care Insurance (Kronenstraße 13, 10117 Berlin, www.pkv-ombudsmann.de)
and participates in the arbitration procedure if these bodies are responsible.
